• Representing business clients in general commercial litigation
• Representing plaintiff companies in environmental insurance coverage lawsuits
•  Participating in Alternate Dispute Resolution by appointment of U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania as mediator, neutral evaluator and arbitrator
• Serving as coach for Mediation Training sponsored by Federal Bar Association
