- Defending employers in discrimination claims before federal, state and local agencies
- Counseling and representing employers with respect to unemployment compensation claims and appeals
- Crafting employment policies, including employee handbooks
- Counseling employers regarding employee terminations and group layoffs and crafting attendant agreements
- Counseling employers on Family and Medical Leave Act and Americans with Disabilities Act compliance
- Conducting employee and supervisory training on legal compliance issues
- Overseeing and conducting internal employer investigations of alleged employee/supervisor misconduct
- Crafting executive-level employment agreements
- Counseling and representing employers in employment litigation before state and federal courts
