Mr. Elliott’s practice covers a wide range of commercial and business litigation, including the representation of directors and officers in shareholder, derivative and class action litigation.  These cases involved alleged violations of the securities laws and charges of breach of fiduciary duty.  He also represents accounting firms in malpractice and securities fraud actions.  He regularly handles complex commercial and antitrust litigation.  Mr. Elliott has been listed in Philadelphia Magazine’s “ Pennsylvania Super Lawyers,” and in 2008 was selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America for Commercial Litigation.
