Mr. Dougherty is a director in the Business/Tax Group.  In addition to providing general business counseling and advice, Mr. Dougherty focuses his practice on a wide range of business and commercial transactions, including business formation and capitalization, financing (representing institutional lenders, mezzanine lenders and corporate borrowers), joint ventures, and mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
