Representative Matters- Represented the owner of a bauxite mining and processing facility in West Africa in pursuing business interruption insurance claims arising from a railroad derailment and major equipment failures.
- Represented a steel manufacturer in defending claims resulting from aircraft engine failures.
- Represented a primary aluminum producer in litigation with its electric supplier over the most cost-effective means of SO2 control.
