Mr. Cohen regularly handles business
divestitures, acquisitions and reorganizations.
He advises manufacturing and technology related businesses on such
matters as financing, development, licensing protection of technology,
contracts for management information systems and executive compensation, as
well as other general business and tax matters.
Mr. Cohen has assisted companies and institutions in manufacturing,
healthcare, education, and service industries in the acquisition and licensing
of technology. Prior to joining Cohen
& Grigsby, he was a partner at Reed Smith LLP and Titus & McConomy.
