The co-Founder and
current Chairman of Cohen & Grigsby, P.C., Mr. Cohen is a business attorney
whose practice involves serving public and private commercial and industrial
corporations, financial institutions and entrepreneurs. The main focus of his practice is advising on
matters of corporate governance, securities law compliance and mergers and
acquisitions. Mr. Cohen is also a law
professor, arbitrator, expert witness and frequent speaker and author. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America for corporate law and is a member of
the American Law Institute.
