litigation. Mr. Cillo has successfully
represented clients in the areas of antitrust, contract disputes, construction
litigation, insurance coverage, product liability and tax exemption litigation.

Representative Matters- Antitrust action brought on behalf of developers of an independent power facility against an electric utility which resulted in the largest buyout of an independent power project in the history of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- Antitrust action brought on behalf of cardiologists against a hospital and competing cardiologists.
- Breach of warranty litigation against machine manufacturer for defective machinery used in manufacturing operations.
- Multidistrict litigation involving claims by UMWA pension funds against coal companies for pension fund contributions.
- Product liability action brought on behalf of estate of deceased helicopter pilot for death caused by defective component which resulted in helicopter crash killing the pilot and three passengers.
- Trademark and patent infringement litigation in Federal Court and proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
