Mr. Brodbeck served as President of the Firm from 1994 – 1999. Mr. Brodbeck’s practice is devoted primarily to finance and real estate with more than 30 years of experience. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America for public finance and real estate.

- Representation of two major state agencies in drafting their "base" trust indentures to govern future financings.
