With more than 25 years’ experience, Mr. Brendel focuses his practice on business and employment immigration law and has been named in The Best Lawyers in America and An International Who’s Who of Corporate Immigration Lawyers. He lectures frequently on immigration-related topics at International Bar Association, Information Technology Association of America, American Immigration Lawyers Association and American Council on International Personnel conferences. John was Of Counsel with the firm while he served as Vice President and General Counsel of Mastech/iGATE Corporation during 1997-2003.
