Mr. Barry’s primary
areas of concentration include commercial litigation and e-commerce and
technology related practices, with particular experience in litigation of
commercial and banking disputes, general business negotiations and
transactions, and electronic commerce.
He is an active member of the firm’s Electronic Commerce and Internet
Law Section. Mr. Barry’s pre-law
background includes education and work experience in software development and
systems design, networking and interfacing, and implementation of automated
technology.
