Mr. Solis concentrates his practice in the area of complex business and commercial litigation.  His practice also includes construction, real property and land use litigation.  Mr. Solis was a former law clerk for Justice Ben F. Overton of the Florida Supreme Court.  Prior to joining Cohen & Grigsby, Mr. Solis was a partner and principal with the law firm Siket, Solis & Maher, P.L. in Naples, Florida.
