With more than 20 years of legal experience, Mr. Siket concentrates his practice in real property and commercial litigation and serves numerous business entities, including those engaged in manufacturing, medical services, financial services, real estate development, and agriculture.  He also serves as eminent domain counsel for a number of Florida companies.  Prior to joining Cohen & Grigsby, Mr. Siket was a partner and principal with the law firm Siket, Solis & Maher, P.L. in Naples, Florida.

  • Trial counsel in six major cases involving the failure of underground wastewater injection systems in Florida
