With wide experience in a variety of commercial litigation matters, Curt focuses his practice in the areas of insurance coverage and counseling, consumer class action defense, and accounting malpractice.  Curt has litigated numerous cases in state and federal court involving insurance coverage.  He consults on a wide range of matters relating to general liability, directors and officers, employer's liability, employment practices liability, as well as property and specialty insurance.
