Ms. Price focuses her practice on complex civil and commercial litigation and dispute resolution, including employment disputes, real estate litigation, construction litigation, business torts, and probate and trust litigation.  She has represented clients in a wide variety of business and transactional disputes, at administrative/agency levels, in court, and on appeal.  Prior to joining Cohen & Grigsby, Ms. Price was a partner at the law firm of Cummings & Lockwood LLC.

Ms. Price’s areas of concentration include:
