Ms. Lipman focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, and the representation of fiduciaries in matters involving estates, trusts and private foundations.  Prior to joining Cohen & Grigsby, Ms. Lipman was an associate at the law firm of Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP in Boston, Massachusetts.
