Paul joined Cohen & Grigsby, P.C. as a director in July 2006. Paul practices in the securities, transactional and general corporate areas. He counsels companies with respect to public and private offerings of securities and advises public companies with respect to their securities law compliance. Paul advises private companies in all stages of their development from business formation and capital raising transactions through to liquidity event. He regularly advises public and private companies in merger and acquisition transactions.
