Mr. Thel is an associate in the Business Group.  He focuses his practice on a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and general corporate matters.  Prior to joining Cohen & Grigsby, Mr. Thel was an associate with the Pittsburgh-based law firm of Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Nicholson Graham LLP.
