Tom counsels manufacturing and advanced technology companies on technology protection and solutions for related legal issues.  A significant portion of his practice is devoted to licensing all forms of intellectual property, as well as protecting trade secrets and confidential technology.  He is a Director of the firm and a member of the Emerging Business, Intellectual Property and Litigation Groups.

Experience

Tom joined Cohen & Grigsby in 2002 and he focuses his practice on intellectual property protection, antitrust law, and patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret litigation.

Additional Roles

He is active as a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Pittsburgh Intellectual Property Law Association.
