As a senior trial attorney, Mr. Ward handles all types of plaintiff's personal injury cases, the defense and prosecution of insurance coverage and bad faith cases and complex commercial litigation.  His most significant cases have involved medical malpractice, automobile/tractor trailer accidents, electrocution injury, vaccine injury, commercial fraud, software and hardware suitability cases, property and liability insurance coverage, shareholders/partnership disputes and labor litigation.  Mr. Ward recently was named as a member of the prestigious Million Dollar Advocates Forum having achieved eight recoveries in excess of one million dollars, including five multi-million dollar recoveries for his clients in the last five years.  Mr. Ward has a Martindale-Hubbell rating of A.V.  He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America for litigation and has been named a “ Pennsylvania Super Lawyer.”
