Mr. Tolhurst has represented clients with regard to intellectual property matters for over 20 years. His practice includes advice and counsel regarding validity and infringement of patents, trademarks and copyrights as well as litigation of intellectual property claims. Before joining Cohen & Grigsby, he was the Environmental Director at a major U.S. corporation and has considerable experience in environmental issues affecting the operation or sale of manufacturing facilities.
