Lisa Kerszencwejg Stauffer
Ms. Kerszencwejg Stauffer’s practice focuses on creditors’ rights as well as litigation and transactional law, both in and out of bankruptcy.
Lisa focuses her practice in:
- Enforcement of security interests and lien rights
- Secured transactions and general corporate matters
- Bankruptcy
- Representation of creditors’ committees
- Problem loan workouts
- Specialized collection matters
- Lender liability, fraud and other commercial litigation
- Preference and fraudulent conveyance litigation
