Mr. Siegel concentrated his practice in a variety of corporate and commercial matters, particularly commercial transactions, electronic commerce, corporate finance, bankruptcy law and creditors' rights.  He was co-chair of the firm's Electronic Commerce and Internet Law Section.  Mr. Siegel worked with both not-for profit and for profit entities.
