With more than 25 years of legal experience, Mr. Schmerling focuses his practice on representing individuals and helping them to develop strategies to meet their income, gift, estate, and charitable planning goals.  He is also a frequent speaker and moderator for estate and tax planning seminars.  Mr. Schmerling chairs the firm's Estates and Trusts Group.
