Mr. Rosen concentrates his practice in the areas of financial and estate planning for wealthy individuals, closely-held corporations and executive compensation. Formerly the managing partner of a national accounting firm’s Pittsburgh office, Mr. Rosen has lectured extensively before numerous accounting and legal groups on estate planning issues as well as published articles in The Tax Adviser and The Journal of Taxation. Mr. Rosen has also had broad business experience as a founder and director of several businesses.
