During the past 11 years, Marc has focused his practice in the areas of public housing and managed care law.  He represents housing authorities in numerous mixed-financing projects and structures and negotiates numerous transactions on behalf of managed care clients.  Marc is also a Certified Public Accountant.

  • Experience in utilizing numerous funding sources including HOME, CDBG, Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, AHP, Historical Credits, Tax-Exempt Bonds, CFFP, Replacement Housing Factor Funds
