C&G Academy: Choice of Entity in Forming a Closely Held Business

The course will consist of a discussion of the tax and other legal considerations in choosing to form a C corporation, S corporation, limited partnership or limited liability company. Presenter Dean Naccarato will address the tax consequences of forming, operating and exiting each of these types of business entities. He will also discuss various general legal (non-tax) considerations in choosing these entities.
